WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE ?

Once Trip provider have subscribed with the TravelerNest platform with any of the package Trip provider can ask for the instant refund with in 48 hours after the payment had been made. Rest, Trip provider is only eligible for the refund if TravelerNest is not able to provide you minimum guaranteed days bookings as mentioned i.e. 10 weeks booking in one year.

WHAT KIND OF SPACE CAN I LIST ?

We advertise everything from private rooms to castles, houseboats to villas. Travelers book on our sites because they seek the flexibility and value that they simply can’t find at a hotel.

HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH MY GUESTS ?

Guests will contact you directly via email or text message.  You can read and reply to all of your messages from your Travelernest account’s Inbox, which helps you prioritize the items that need your attention the most.

HOW DO I TAKE BOOKINGS ?

Once guests see you listing on Travelernest platform. They request to book with you right from your listing, or you can send them a quote.

HOW DO I RECIEVE PAYMENTS ?

Guests will pay you directly. Guests will pay 50% amount at the time of booking and rest 2-3 weeks prior to arrival or when they arrive.

Guests will pay the advance money either via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card or through Wallet services, Whichever method Trip provider prefer.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF LOSS OR DAMAGES ?

TravelerNest is responsible for any types of loss and Trip provider must submit their request within 02 days from the guest’s check out.

For payment requests submitted on time, TravelerNest will send a confirmation email and follow up email to discuss next steps –such as further documentation from the Trip provider or Guests–within 24 hours.
